Horrible customer service. The new workers are very rude. Lettuce was brown i asked for fresh Lettuce and the had Horrible attitude and did not want to give me fresh Lettuce. Lied and said they didn't have any and after complaining they open the cooler and showed me it was was brown and it wasn't. So I asked can I have the fresh Lettuce because it wasn't brown they said no....! I will never eat at this location again.

This by far is the worst location by far that I have ever been too. At 11:30am there is a sign posted on the closed door stating that they will be back because they are throwing away trash. Than I come back when it did finally open again only to be told that there is no bread at all during the lunch hour. The lady working was not very nice at all. Than she sat down and started texting on her phone. This whole experience with them was a bad bad joke. I would never try to waste my time and go there again.

Sandwich was cut unevenly and I got the smaller half. The woman making my sandwich more tore it open than cut it. And the veggie selection was both short on options and had obviously been out for a while. I honestly should have walked out after the bread part. Will not be eating here again.

I have went in there 2 times and both times I ordered a protein bowl and it’s barely half full and charge me 9.05 when the other subways charge me 8.37...went in there today they didn’t have lettuce or olives and asked was they going to charge me full price for a protein bowl when they were almost out of all the vegetables...I will not be back...university parkway is the best one and my protein bowl is full to the top
