Quality of this specific location is horrible. Chicken Biscuit had literally one small strip in the middle and hard as a brick. All breading on the Chicken. Taste like leftover chicken at 7:30 Am. This is the third time I have experienced poor quality.

arrived at whataburger at around 11:30 , expected for a long wait because it’s always a long wait due to the line being long . After about 30 minutes I ordered my food , get to the window and am told that there will be a 6 min wait on my chicken sandwich. I am totally understanding and unphased , because 6 more minutes is nothing compared to the time I jus waited in line . I pull around as I’m told he would bring my food out and time goes from 6 mins to 30 mins to ANOTHER...read full review
