We love Whataburger! We have been to this location 2x. Staff was helpful and kind. Food was good! Had a small error with the order but it was fixed on the spot. We’ll be back if we pass through again.

Had Whataburger for the first time in many years. They don't have one where I live. Customer service was spot on! Fast, respectful, and helpful. Food was fresh, was made quickly and was very good (my son said it needed a little more seasoning). The cost is about what you expect from a fast food place, but the food seems to be fresher than your typical fast food. I would recommend eating here!

The price you pay for the meal is not the price they show you on the menu board! When asked about it, the employee said he had been asked many times but had no answer. Our meal was 40.35 for 2 adults and a child. I wish we had gone somewhere else. I could have cooked at least a weeks meals on that! Won't do it again.

Worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy’s or McDonalds. Bathrooms are dirty and have been out of soap for awhile. Trash cans inside and out are overflowing. Workers are not friendly and chew gum. Soda fountain area isn’t clean either. We waited over 45 minutes for our order.

Went through the drive-thru around 11pm and ordered a patty melt combo. The guy that took my order was very enthusiastic with a great attitude. Line wasn’t long and neither was the wait. Good was fresh and I was happy

Super clean establishment. Friendly employee. Hadn't seen or had a Whataburger since leaving AZ and was so excited to see 2 in this town. The food was delicious 😋 and our guest loved his meal (55 and had never had it!!) I will definitely eat here every trip to Natchitoches.
