Dined in with a few friends. They all got their food about 10 minutes before me. When my food was eventually ready, the manager came out and scolded the front of house worker for sweeping while there were customers in the lobby. This delayed my food another 2-3 minutes. When I finally did get my food, it had tomatoes and onions which I had asked to remove, and did not include the avocado that it was supposed to. Overall a negative experience, will affect my decision to come here in the future.

Sat in drive thru for 20 min and was told to hold on then they took the order of the person who showed up 10 mins after me and the waited another 10 minutes and finally just gave up and left

i got to the window and her attitude didnt improve. her tag was faded so i couldnt see it clearly, but it looked like 'jennifer' or something similar.

We love Whataburger! We have been to this location 2x. Staff was helpful and kind. Food was good! Had a small error with the order but it was fixed on the spot. We’ll be back if we pass through again.

Had Whataburger for the first time in many years. They don't have one where I live. Customer service was spot on! Fast, respectful, and helpful. Food was fresh, was made quickly and was very good (my son said it needed a little more seasoning). The cost is about what you expect from a fast food place, but the food seems to be fresher than your typical fast food. I would recommend eating here!
