I called the store to let them know I was missing an item after the lady sealed my items and said everything was in there and they said to come back and they will get it for me. I get there and I am standing there for 10 minutes and not once am I acknowledged so I try and speak to the lady and say hey I am missing my corn and she says hang on I have something on my mind we will get it. Then proceeds to stand there and then after a few minutes says okay what are you missing and I told her my corn. She handed me the 45 minute old corn and tried to tell me that it was warm and it was fine and would not give me a refund. I have tried this location twice to give it a chance and each time it is terrible service with missing items and rude employees.

Put a order in the store. They told me it would be 20min. I said i will be right back. Came back in 30min and they told me my order wasn't ready. Ok so I waited. Another 20min pass by... no order. Asked again and once again she tells me its not ready while ppl that came after me placed an order came in got their order and left. So I asked for a refund. She tells me they dont do refunds. How you dont do refunds in fast food is beyond me... I tell the Hispanic cashier that its almost been a hr of waiting and I can't get a refund? So just looked at me with this blank not caring expression. Obviously they lost the ticket order and never tracked it and didn't want to tell me that. But once I was making an issue, would you have guessed i got my wings in the next 3min? That's natchitoches for ya. Never ordering there again. If I ever eat there, someone else will deal with the unprofessional aura of that place. Not me. Good luck and hope this long review was worth your time

I have had wingstop at different locations but this food here in natch is amazing! Its a long wait because there are so many people ordering food but its a new restaurant so I understand. The flexibility of ordering the food with different flavors is good and price is good. Cashiers are nice.

If I could give no stars I would. This is literally the worst wingstop I’ve ever been to. Just drive to Alexandria don’t come here. There was a super nice guy in the back that helped me get my food made quicker but the wait time is crazy and the people they have in the front are very aggressive.

Took forever to get my food even though I put in a noble order. The whole store was filled with people just waiting to get their food. My food was good; however, they didn’t put any cheese on my cheese fries that I payed an extra dollar for.
Wingstop is always great... the new location was extremely busy but the workers were smiling and super friendly. Ordered online and didnt have to wait long once I arrived.
