This is the first time that I have ever experienced TERRIBLE service at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant. I ordered grilled nugget meal with a vanilla shake. I received fried chicken and an Oreo shake. Wife picked up food after child’s dancing. And as I have said before the order was with missing items. They don’t want you sitting in the line holding it up to check order but yet items are missing more often than correct. This has never happened to me before at other branches. Frequenting the chic fila in Lafayette, UL campus when it existed, and Baton Rouge. Really want to support this establishment because it’s owned by locals. But it’s hard when there’s no QC.
The best thing we enjoyed about our visit besides good food was meeting a amazing young man Chandler! Who so kindly helped my visually impaired husband in the door and find to a place to sit. This location is blessed to have such a kind and helpful employee! The restaurant is also very clean!
