Food was fabulous, fresh AND HOT! Staff were exceptionally courteous which is in short supply these days. I absolutely love crinkle fries and these were wonderful. The ONLY downside was they forgot my ketchup and as I was staying in a hotel, I did not have access to any.

They were VERY busy! Regardless of how many people were dining inside AND waiting in line for the drive-thru, everything appeared very calm. The quality or preparedness of the food was still on-point!
Whoever is managing this franchise in New Iberia is doing a great job with training their employees.
