Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!! placed a order on june 13th and got my order it was completely wrong! they claimed they processed a refund so I waited and waited and spoke to the 3 regular managers and the 1 general manager and no one has done anything to fix it. I was told by Vincent that Darrell screwed up the refund and then Vincent said he fixed it and so I waited some more and then he wasn't there so I spoke to ann and she was no help nothing has still gotten...read full review
