I went to this place yesterday for my husband's birthday, and every thing we had on the menu was great. The service from our server GIGi was phenomenal as well. 14 Parrishes Jamaican Restaurant on Oak Street is my go to restaurant when I want to eat a delicious plate of oxtails in NOLA (Jamaican living in south Florida woman). The owner/chef is definitely trained, his sauces and attention to quality meats is apparent in every dish we have tried. The jerk chicken & fish appetizer on tostones are super delicious too & fresh. Drinks are amazing! Food is so good. I don’t eat Jerk many places but this was yummy the jerk pork! Brown stew was out of this world and our waiter was nice. Wasn’t crowded and had open seating! We will be back, thanks for having us ❤️❤️
