use to be great. gone down hill. got Burger cooked medium, raw in middle. no one seemed to care.
I stopped in for lunch at about 2:00. Other than a group of 3 people at the bar, the place was empty. The bartender was talking to someone at the end of the bar. They looked at me while I sat at a table and continued talking. After a few minutes, I went to the bar and the bartender finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed anything. I asked for a menu and returned to my table, and she continued her conversation. After a few more minutes, I got up and left because it was very apparent that she wasn't interested in serving me.

Great cocktails, delicious dinner, pleasant and helpful staff. We had a slight issue with the meal and they immediately addressed it to our satisfaction. Would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Two of us dined for dinner on a quite Sunday night. We started with the Meat Pies (more like a samosa) and scallops. The Meat Pies were nice, and unfortunately the highlight of the meal. The scallops, while well cooked, were served with mushrooms and pesto, and none of the three elements seem to have anything to do with each other. We both had the gnocchi for main course. The gnocchi was tough, dry and probably the worst either of us had ever eaten. Again, the dish was more a collection of elements on a plate, rather than a dish itself, with nothing going together. We opted not to have dessert. Overall, a disappointing meal.

First morning in NOLA so we had breakfast at 3rd Block since we are staying at the W - New Orleans. Without having any other local food yet, hands down I would not be disappointed if this was the best thing I eat the entire trip. The shrimp Benny was to die for! So fresh and seasoned perfectly. I don’t even have the words for this review! We got to sit by the open doors and look outside on this beautiful morning. Service was wonderful! Already setting high expectations for my first time in NOLA! Highly recommend!

Food was amazing however our appetizer arrived 40 minutes after we ordered it and with our entree. I finished my dinner before the server ever came over and she didn’t seem to even notice all our food arrived at once. We finished our water and cocktails without her ever checking on us. She had maybe 5 tables going but gave all her attention to one and walked by ours several times. The atmosphere is so cool. All these bottles lit up. Definitely a cool vibe.

They sat me then let me sit there for 20 minutes without acknowledging I was in the restaurant. The restaurant was not busy, only 6 other people besides me. Once I got my food they never came back until they brought me the bill. Then THEY OVERCHARGED ME 33% over the menu price. When I called them out on it their response was a computer error. Personally it sounds like everything starts with a manager error. A restaurant is only as good as the manager. The employees will live up and work at his/her expectations. And, if it was a computer error that too would fall back on the manager not doing his job, in this case.

Abysmal. Dirty tables, unhappy staff. Staff apologizing for the wait IF they even acknowledged you. 20 minutes to order and a 45 minute wait for a cold burger with a hard bun and fries, eggs with runny whites and frozen, over cooked sausage patty. 5 tables in use. We wanted to walk out while waiting for so long but the kitchen staff showed up to serve us the food. Asked for the bill as soon as food was served and the waitress rolled her eyes. What a waste of our money and time. We then proceeded to walk past so many enticing breakfast restaurants. Ate because we were starving by this point and didn't want to complain because staff were cranky - would would they do to our food? (And all the salt was hardened in the salt shaker) ? ? ? response from restaurant included in photos. I appreciate the response. Thank you, Jessica. Returning to a restaurant that provided a poor experience when there are so many to choose from on vacation seems like a waste of my time.

It passes the vibe check—a beautiful, intimate place for a conversation and cocktails. The crawfish dip was delicious. But pass on the entree’s and the bread pudding.

Our party arrived on time for our noon reservation on a Saturday. There were two parties of four in the restaurant upon our arrival (basically empty). We were seated immediately and we ordered drinks and food. Our drinks arrived 45 mins later, and the food arrived over 1 hour after placing our brunch orders. The food was bland, room temperature, and had no flavor. We will not return.
The staff was very friendly. They were my favorite part of the dining experience. The only complaint was the speed of service was pretty slow. We were the only ones in the restaurant for a while and it took more than average to get our food to the table.
The atmosphere, food, and service were amazing!
