I had an unexpectedly authentic Italian dining experience at Adolfo’s on Frenchmen. I honestly didn’t even know this place existed and stumbled upon it by accident.

It’s a small restaurant with limited seating, and you’ll need to climb a narrow staircase to get inside. Still, it’s absolutely worth the visit—especially if you’re planning a romantic night out and want to impress.

The food was great, I highly recommend the chicken Maxine the sauce is absolutely delicious and I used my side pasta to just get plane noodles that I could eat with the chicken and its sauce as it’s a very saucy dish (I highly recommend doing that).
