Ordered my wedding cake & grooms cake from here. Cake was scheduled to be delivered to the venue between 12-2pm window. I received a call at 1pm from the bakery asking about a picture I sent when I ordered the cake 3 months prior and questions about the layers. It sent me (the bride in panic mode). Fast forward, I get to the venue just before my wedding start, the cakes are not there. I called, no answer. Venue coordinator called - they answer and advised coordinator they are 15 minutes out. The cake was delivered 5 minutes before the start of the wedding. Top two layers were nothing like what I ordered. It was plain Jane! They pretty much did what they wanted to do. I’m happy I had a cake before the reception started; however, the service and what I received was unacceptable because it’s not what I paid for. I would not recommend nor would I order from them again!

I was just driving by & wanted something sweet so I ran in… I’m so glad I did! I got a little spice cake tart that had AMAZING icing on top. Absolutely delicious! I’ll be finding more excuses to come back. This might be my new favorite bakery! 🩵 very reasonably priced as well!

I purchased a pecan praline cake that was stale. My daughter picked it up. It was for an event which caused me to be embarrassed and disappointed. Contacted the female owner who apologized but trying to justify the cake should not have been stale. Offered no compensation for my experience and never got a call back from the other owner who does the baking. She apologized and said she will speak to the other owner who may have over baked the cake. Still have not received a call back. I was a frequent customer but after experiencing this I will be a former customer. Very disappointed on their customer satisfaction morals.

Ordered a German chocolate cake for my husband’s birthday. German chocolate is his favorite cake and we really we’re looking forward to this cake. I ordered it on a Monday which the girl I spoke with told me it had to be ordered two days in advance. I paid for it over the phone and told them I’d like to pick it up on Wednesday at 4:30pm(two days later). They called me Wednesday the day I’m supposed to pick up my cake and might I add it was four hours before I’m supposed to pick it up and proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the icing for the cake and the icing won’t be in until Friday! This is very disappointing and frustrating. I will never deal with this bakery again, this was my first and last time!!!
