Worth the drive. Authentic place and average price. We had the pork rame and also the creamy vegetarian ramen with the vegetarian broth and kale noodles was delicious. I added bean sprouts to it as well. Large portion and nice staff. Get it spicy!
I’ve eaten here once and the food was decent, but tried to come back two more times and have been turned off from this place.
Last time I drove across the city to come for a late lunch date. I checked the time online (google) ahead of time. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that had a completely different time, and they were subsequently closed. We wasted our lunch break.
Today I had called ahead to be sure they were open this time. The lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I asked when they open. Her response was, “the same time…….. 4”.
I’ll just take my business elsewhere. There’s enough restaurants around here that I don’t need to be subjected to this bad attitude.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the food and service I received from your vendor Ajun Cajun in food area 2.
On the last day of the May 5, 2025 around 4pm I ordered shrimp yakisoba with the pan fried noodles. After paying for the food the cashier gave me a ticket to step aside to pickup my food. Upon recieving the food I asked for a fork. The young man that gave me food told me a fork was already in the plate. But his coworker standing next to him reached in the plate put his finger in the food, lifted the foil and touched the fork. I was horrified!!! I told him how rude he was and did not want it anymore. I asked the nicer guy to please give me another plate because he put his finger in my food. The big mean guy began to curse at me and told me get my ass away from his window or he will come from the counter and show me! My husband stepped in and told him to watch his mouth. That’s when someone yelled out to the cashier to intervene about my complaint and his behavior. She told the nicer guy to give me another plate and if I was ok. The big mean guy continued mouthing off to me as we walked away. At that point my life felt threatened with his aggression.
This experience was particularly disappointing because for the last 30 years we purchased tickets for each weekend and attend all days! And also given the high standards typically associated with this event.
I would appreciate a response regarding this matter. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure future customers are treated better.
Thank you for your attention to this
Tried them out at French quarter fest and the catfish po boy was TERRIBLE. Whatever way the fry it is wrong, and the cut of fish they use feels cheap and almost fake. I would not recommend trying their catfish. I didn’t even get one bite out of it I threw it straight in the trash and I hate wasting my money and food.
Tried the ramen here. It's definitely my least favorite out of every ramen place I've ever tried. The pork was very thick n chewy, and i was kinda scared to eat it. The broth came out very oily and milky tasting. Just didn't look too appealing. Didn't taste very appealing either. The eggs tasted sweet for some reason. I've never had eggs taste like that. I assumed they'd be savory and seasoned as they are called seasoned eggs on the menu. The place seems very nice and clean and friendly, but the ramen is definitely disappointing, and I've been to a few ramen places recently. Maybe the other menu items are good. I just don't recommend the ramen at all.
Was a better restruant; now it is still above average but not as good compaired to it old self. Biggest complain for me is no more lunch hours. Overall the food is relatively authantic Japanese street food.
We decided to have dinner here on a whim and now we can't wait to return! Both of our ramen dishes were delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked and bouncy. Additionally, the decor and layout were very appealing. Overall we loved it and we will be back.
Good ramen.

I love this place! Got tonkotsu ramen for my son and spicy for myself. Hadn’t found potato croquettes since New York so I was happy to see them. The owner is very nice. Everything was so delicious with great depth of flavor. The godzilla is cool.

Warmest and tastiest Japanese cuisine on a rainy summer evening of New Orleans. Apart from the food, the healing plants and inspiring artworks inside the restaurant are such a delight to look at. The owner is the kindest person ever.
Don’t miss the house-made curry beef rice, it was so impressive that I couldn’t believe I’m eating such authentic dish in the US.

This place has the best ramen and is cute as a button. Vegan and vegetarian friendly (and approved by my picky vegetarian friends)!!! They have lots of super cute plants inside, I just love it here. Not kid friendly, there's a plant that actually eats kids here, thank God.
