An absolute gem! It was amazing to find a Vietnamese restaurant this delicious in Louisiana! We thoroughly enjoyed the crispy fried egg noodle and the family style pork and vegetable spring rolls where you can assemble your own rolls. It was so fresh and delicious!

I walked into this restaurant for the first time today. Only 3 people in the building. I ordered my food and the ladies were very sweet and helpful. I love Bánh cuốn and have only found 2 restaurants in my travels that sell this dish regularly. When I tried it I needed to add a bit of cilantro but I will say this is the best Bánh cuốn I have ever had. Even though they didn't have any black fungus, it was still absolutely delicious. I wish more people would try the Baunh Cuoan Thaap Caam. I will definitely be taking the 40 min drive just to have more of their food.

We ordered take out. Had the banh cuon combo which was tasty albeit the fish sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. I prefer the banh cuon a little thicker and with more filling. This place makes it super thin with very little filling but perhaps it's styled after whatever region they're from. Also ordered the bun rieu and that was pretty good too although I prefer it without the fried shallots.

Pretty good enjoy the fried rice!! Oil sauce was a spoon full and nothing on tables so we had to ask for everything but could be cause of Covid still

We love ba mien restaurant where they have real authentic Vietnamese food from 3 different regions of Vietnam. My husband and I really enjoyed our lunch. I had Duran smoothie for dessert. Too bad we live from it the restaurant now, but when we are in the area we always stop by. The wait staff remember us like we were family. Can’t wait to get back there again soon. ??
