We had a group of 10 go in about 5 pm on a Wednesday. The music was great. A Swing band. We ate an early dinner. The food came out quickly. All the food was good . Our waitresses was great.
Great place to listen to live jazz on famous Frenchmen street in New Orleans and have a great time. Food and drinks are good as well.

Bamboula’s is a fantastic jazz bar! We just happen to be walking around Frenchmen area on a Monday afternoon when we heard this wonderful jazz music from the street. The jazz band was great, they were very lovely and interacted well with the crowd. We had drinks at the bar; the bartender was friendly and nice. Some people were eating but we just stayed for drinks. No doubt this bar would be rocking in the evening so this is definitely worth a visit next time we’re in New Orleans!
