Barrel Proof is a great place to get cocktails ! The lighting is very dim, but it can have a good vibe. They have various food options available depending on the week. The bartenders are very friendly and can pretty much make any drink you would like to try!
I blacked out by this point of the night. My wife and friends told me that the bouncer thought we were locals, so that was cool. And they even quoted me as saying that the nitro cold brew was “fire”. I do remember being at the bar and I recall it being totally my vibe. Would come again.
Great spot for bourbon lovers. Prices are fair for good bourbon pours. And their selection is massive. Sometimes it can be challenge to get a drink because it's busy, but otherwise a great spot for a drink .
