Best drinks in town. Prohibition style with finesse. 5/5 got the Ramos gin fizz..... best in the city. This is inside the old absinthe house. Was not hungry, but the menu looked fantastic. A true gem!
So happy that we came! Incredible atmosphere in the back of the Old Absinthe House. Even better was the selection of absinthes to choose from. But BEST of all was Julie - She provided incredible recommendations of which of their absinthes might be of interest to us, and highlighted a local distiller (Atelier Vie) who makes an incredible, unique product (that became my favorite of the night). Can hardly wait to go back!
Very cool place. If front bar is full, theres a lounge in back. Absinthe is black liqorush flavor. Bartender suggested a sip of sprite before each swig to enhance flavor. Was perfect.
