Honestly, one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Legit, any fast food burger would WAY better than this.

Overpriced. I expected more. My bacon cheeseburger was meh. It tasted like cheese wiz and I thought the burger itself was tasteless. The staff was very nice.

Burgers were average and the cheese fries were a soup... however the staff was awesome and the atmosphere is incredible! I'm gonna try it again.

I was so exited to try a burger from one of my favorite chefs and I was so disappointed, the burger had a long hair in my first bite, it was greasy, and so much spice, it was one of the worst burgers, the sweet potato fries were so burned, obviously the employees don care at all.

I went to Bobby's burgers today at 3 pm. I ordered a chicken sandwich and and a crunch burger. The total came up to $30. The chicken sandwich was dark like it was cooked in old grease or reheated and it didn't taste like it was cooked all the way through. The crunch burger was supposed to have lettuce and tomato added, no sauce and no chips. They gave me the burger with cheese and nothing else. I've had problems with my orders on several occasions. You can't contact anyone at Bobby's burgers. You have to go through Harrah's operator who then connects you to an answering machine. I think they don't have a direct number on the ticket so you can't contact them. Make sure you check your orders before you leave. I don't understand how you mess up an order with no other orders pending. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done

Tried the Bobby Flay burger at the Caesars Casino in New Orleans! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. I can’t say enough how good it was! I’m already looking forward to my next one. I only hope they’ll open one up in Los Angeles where I live!!

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. I was served a dry and flavorless burger, and it wasn't even busy. It's a shame that Bobby Flay's name is attached to this establishment, as it is not representative of his culinary excellence. I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this mediocre establishment.

If I could just put a sad face and no star! Price quality. Same as all the reviews about the chicken and onion rings prior and let me add the shake! Some powder watered down vanilla version of a dark chocolate!!??? What a joke!

I knew Bobby Flay is an All time chef.
However, chips on a burger with no condiments for 15.00 is ridiculous. Every item has to be purchase separately, so u are spending 20 or more dollars for a combo. And the burger wasn't that Great. Please address this issue.

OMG! All these celebrities getting over on their awful theme restaurants!
Awful. Awful. Awful.
$14.99 for JUST a dry burger! AND I ordered the burger with an egg. STILL dry AND zero seasonings after adding mayo and hot sauce.
14.99, for a dry, a slight bit larger than a McDonald's kid burger. No fries or any comes with this.
It's on my list for worse burger of the year!!
