We stayed at a hotel right near here and didn't even realize this place was vegan until stepping in for a quick bite! It doesn't make things super obvious just walking by, but they have a great selection of sweet or savory vegan breakfast options. I had the biscuit sandwich and some donuts, all delicious.

Breads on Oak topped my list of “must visit” places as I was planning my trip to New Orleans, a city that doesn’t boast a great number of all-vegan restaurants. They are open limited hours (8am-2pm, and I was able to make it in a little after 1pm, when they still had an ample selection of sweet baked goods, although the racks of fresh bread were fairly empty.
