The only thing that made my service worthwhile was Emery. I literally watched him navigate taking all the tables on both sides of the restaurant by himself.. and still managed to check on me and keep me up to date on WHY my food took over 40 mins to come. This man is hardworking and not only deserves a raise, but needs to be the manager so that he can duplicate his process. BWW please don’t drive this good talent away. I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was slow, and it took forever to get our food, even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. When the wings finally arrived, they were lukewarm and lacked flavor. I also noticed the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which added to the frustration. Our poor waitress told us she is not a waitress and that she usually works at the bar. I felt bad for her. Our drinks did come a little late but I understand what she was going through. Other than that, the street tacos I ordered were great.
