I live in metairie and make a special trip to this bk because, the service and food are much better than the Oaklawn location. You don't have disgruntled employees mumbling derogatory things as they make your food here like the Oakland location as if they are doing you a favor pleaseeee...nice job a elysian fields yall are appreciated thank you đ

The young lady who was managing on Saturday night, which was July 26 around 10:40 PM. She was bullying me and my auntie as we pulled up through drive-through. The other young lady who was taking the order from the drive-through window was not presenting the meal that was being spoken to her to the person who was doing the sandwiches are doing the serving and making the sandwiches the other young lady who came to the window Who went take the money didnât understand that we wanted two separate sandwiches. One of the sandwiches had too much mayonnaise on it even though we did ask for extra mayonnaise. The other sandwich didnât have any cheese as well as the other sandwich didnât have any cheese so they didnât perform a good job on Saturday night. I donât appreciate anybody trying to bully me and your franchise so tell those young ladies how to serve or need to get off your property cause youâre gonna lose a lot of customers the way the young lady was hanging out the window. The manager was hanging out the window looking like she wanted to jump inside my vehicle in bullying me a customer Thank you.

Ice cream âwasnât working,â fries were so ice cold they must have been hours old, coke had no syrup it was just half flat soda water, asked for ketchup at the window and the cashier said sheâd already given it to us, the bag had no ketchup, she handed me two packets for three people and refused to give more.
I recently visited the Burger King location Elysian Fields, New Orleans, Louisiana, and had an excellent experience. I went through the drive-through, and the service was amazing and fast. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
I ordered a Junior Whopper, and it was prepared perfectly. The burger included fresh lettuce, a tomato slice, dill pickle slices, and a slice of white onion, all layered on top of a flame-grilled beef patty. The meat and condiments were served on a soft, sesame seed bun, dressed with ketchup and a little mayonnaise. The burger was freshly made and hadn't been sitting under a heat lamp, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, the Junior Whopper was delicious, and the quick, friendly service made the experience even better. I highly recommend this Burger King location for a satisfying fast food meal.
