I worked at Burger King in the 80’s and I can truly say when prepared hot, it is the best fast food. I know Burger King is rebranding because they have loss so much business lately. The service at the Elysian Fields location (by UNO) is just Aweful. I know at times it is a thankless job but I make sure I am polite and thank the order taker and the cashier. The staff are so rude. Upper management needs to at least consider that the reason they are losing customers is the poor customer service. Pay your staff and get a better quality employee.

Saw y'all had 13 reviews and a 2 Never had a problem I've even walked there and the stuff I get is fire burgers with bacon go hard spicy royal cripsy chicken sandwich go hard the spicy chicken fries go hard and I know why they tell me wait before driving up tisk tiskActually fire the staff from the night of April 2nd 2023 I ordered 3 spicy chicken fries and I got regular ass chicken fries and you know one is better than the other it's even on the ticket

Burger King sent me a coupon for a free onion rings with $1+ purchase. Let's be clear, I didn't go looking for BK; they came looking for me. I wasn't going to fall for the trap of purchasing a sandwich and a drink, so I kept it simple and ordered two cookies. When I pick up the order I'm told that they didn't have cookies. Mind you, it's noon, so why are you out of cookies? The team member just says "we're out of cookies." There's an awkward silence because I'm waiting on her to understand next steps, and she says it again, "we're out of cookies." I respond by saying "ok, can I get the chocolate sundae pie?" They won't replace the cookies with the pie and tell me that I need to request a refund through the app. If this had been a Chick-fil-a, they would have made it right by giving me something (eg, large drink, soft serve, pie). This was lousy and lazy customer service, and reinforces why I don't patronize BK.

No sauce or jalapeno on spicy chicken and manager was super
The onion rings were half burnt & the container withe onions were in black grease , I called no one answered. They need change the cooking oil on the regular. Threw the onion rings away !!!!!!!

This store is so dirty, ghetto and SLOW and the food STILL comes back old and this is a shame. Though we may all post our reviews, This does NOTHING bc nothing ever changes about this situation. Possible poor leadership.
