We was on a hour drive and my wife had to use the bathroom really bad
The guy let me use the bathroom as a man and then my wife had to use the bathroom. The manager asked if she was a paying customer as a woman and decided not to let her use the bathroom because she was a woman which is so much lower of credit that I’m not gonna buy anything from here.
If she would’ve let my woman use the bathroom, we would’ve brought something which it was very important at the time. I would recommend if you have to use the bathroom. Do not stop here at the parking lot was empty. Also, they have very bad customer service.

Absolute trash ghetto organization. It was obvious I was not wanted there and I couldn't get out of there quick enough. Didn't even get the drink that I paid for it because I didn't want the Special Sauce that I knew would be coming with it

Ordered a 6 piece kids meal, they gave me 4. I went back through the drive thru, and they asked for my bag back then told me to go around the front to wait. Someone brought me the nuggets but took out my fries. I walk inside this time to ask for the fries that I already paid for and about 4 employees looking at me with an attitude like I'm the problem. ? Tf. Maybe, look at the screen and before handing me the bag, and maybe yall wouldn't be annoyed with me for asking for food I paid for. I'm never coming back to this location. I don't want to bother someone by asking for what I paid for while they're clocked in to a job they applied and interviewed for. Crazy customer service 2024.

All together the service is terrible! Horrible poor customer service! They lack interpersonal skill ! Just ghetto and ignorant! All of them including managers be sitting outside when the drive thru line long! And the lack of respect is at an all time high at 3102 Elysian field ave. New orlean La , 70122 ! You guys need to properly train and hire adults that can handle a high volume place and ppl who have better customer service because the individuals who work here clearly wanna do the bare minimum for the bare minimum ! Ain’t no way in hell your employees supposed to treat paying customer like that because they don’t wanna work and do their jobs ! I am utterly appalled!
