All together the service is terrible! Horrible poor customer service! They lack interpersonal skill ! Just ghetto and ignorant! All of them including managers be sitting outside when the drive thru line long! And the lack of respect is at an all time high at 3102 Elysian field ave. New orlean La , 70122 ! You guys need to properly train and hire adults that can handle a high volume place and ppl who have better customer service because the individuals who work here clearly wanna do the bare minimum for the bare minimum ! Ain’t no way in hell your employees supposed to treat paying customer like that because they don’t wanna work and do their jobs ! I am utterly appalled!

It's 10:38 p.m. NOBODY IS SERVING FOOD is supposed to be open! 4 McDonald's and 3 burger l kings in the area and they all close at midnight, I couldn't get what I wanted at McDonald's at any location and this burger King nobody is working they are sitting inside looking at me stupid! What is wrong with people?! Don't nobody wanna work! I'd give NO STARS if I could! Terrible country we live in today where people are SO LAZY they can't turn an ice cream machine on! Like ever!

They messed my food up tremendously & I lived too far to go back & the number was incorrect. I won't EVER go back nor will I recommend this restaurant.Vegetarian options: I didn't want cheese, it was on both. I wanted both burgers dressed, they only had mustard & ketchup. I was soooooooooo disappointed & wasted my money.Dietary restrictions: My husband & I ordered from a restaurant in LaPlace where we live. Never again!!

This BK is extremely unprofessional , the manager left her return card and couldn't take any food back and wanted me to bring food back from 2 days ago to get a refund , I went in trash to satisfy her , she is a bully , unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone eating here , cooperate is extremly hard to contact

Burger King ? is my place to go, I love the meals. I love the Impossible burger combo meal. I hope they keep this meal. I have high blood pressure and I can eat this burger ?.
