Every time I go through the drive through, they always ask me to pull around and I have to wait for my food. Last time I went, had to wait 20 minutes. Finally went inside (as did other people) to check on my food. Still want ready. Had to wait several more minutes.

Never busy but always takes forever to get food if your not in drive thru. I had one burger took 25 minutes after 5 or 6 others got there's at the drive thru Window.

I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. I ordered a meal and only received my burger — no fries. On top of that, I waited over 30 minutes for my food, which is completely unacceptable for fast food. No explanation, no apology. Just slow service and an incomplete order. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.

The manager Ms shante was really nice, the kids working with her tonight I can't say the same about. She was in the lobby cleaning up wen we came through the drive thru. The person working drive thru didn't have the headset on so we had to sit there like 10 mins, we drove around to the window and the manager saw us and she came to take our order. She was doin all the work, not sure what the workers were doin. Then they made my order wrong and had to fix it. Manager amazing, staff was shitty....

Every time i go here, they mess up my order and don’t offer compensation. Now the app is so screwed up I can’t get my money back for my order they messed up and i can’t get in contact with anyone from the store. I ordered 2 cheesey tots and instead of telling me they didn’t have them when i got there or asking how i wanted this to be fixed, they gave me 1 4 piece mozzarella stick which isn’t the $5.58 I spent on the cheesy tots. my order id is AAAUVM2H9QBH. I can’t stand this Burger King, if you’re in the area, try a different one. This one is always gonna get it wrong.

All I asked for was an impossible whopper, ketchup only and a chocolate shake. My impossible whopper was cold and my shake wasn't mixed, no straw or napkins. Just bad customer service.

Drive through took 25 minutes! Don’t go there if you think you’ll drive in and out … allow lots of time to wait! And I only ordered a plain cheeseburger for a grandchild. Sigh. Sigh.

Food tasted great. However it was NOT what I ordered. I stood in line placed my order and repeated it 5 times to 2 people. The newest employee I think noticed what was going on and tried to speak up but the senior employee quickly spoke up and reassured her what they had was correct. At which point I reiterated my order again. They still got it wrong. The bathrooms needed a token to open the door except the woman's was not available at the time.
