Just made and account to say this is the worst food in New Orleans. Immediately sick. Rude staff. Makes me wonder how places like this stay in business. Zero stars wouldnāt feed it to dogs

Do not go here! They served me under cooked beef and my associateās food had hair in it. They are not clean and also not customer friendly. I did not ask for a refund, I asked for a different sandwich as mine was under cooked. She said no refunds. Never coming back here.

Trash.. The service was horrible. The Asian lady charged my fianceā $40 for food we didnt order, she had to send the plate back to fix my order. very over price. They had to fix our order 3 times because she didnt understand us (language barrier). It was just a horrible experience

The food was terrible. It tasted like I was back in the army during a field exercise. I can tell that the burger was a pre frozen burger and not original ground beef. They mush have just put this burger in the microwave or something. I could have went to burger King and gotten a better tasting burger. I plan to never go there again.

The Asian lady at the counter is very rude and a thief. I gave her $20 she gave me 50 cents back in change which was supposed to be $10.50. I bought a cheese burger and onion rings and my total was $9.50. She claims that I gave her $10 when I promise on everything I love I gave her a $20. I asked her to run the cameras back she said the cameras don't work which doesn't make since considering you running a business and if anything happens you can't account for anything that happens. I requested this restaurant to be investigated because that's the lowest thing for a business worker to steal from a customer. I would not support these people. They are thieves and don't care about people. I personally would like to talk to the owner about how business is being conducted here. That lady got me out of $10 and the camera would have caught that I put a $20 on the counter. I hope everyone sees this. I've been eating here for years and it's disappointing that I've been supporting these people with my hard earned money just to be treated like trash as a customer. Also someone in a professional field should investigate them because they have some fishy things going on for their cameras not to work.
