Today I stopped by for an oyster po'boy and gumbo. Unfortunately, they were out of oysters and po'boy bread, so I opted for the shrimp on toast with gumbo. I must say, the food was really good! It's always those corner store places that have some of the best food. The shrimp sandwich was full of perfectly fried and battered shrimp. I like that they do not over batter the shrimp. The people in there were extremely nice and professional. I ordered the fried pork chop with red beans and rice, mustard greens and macaroni and it was amazing. The food was a bit pricy but for what you get, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend you try it out.

All I can say is this was the best decision my husband made while on this trip. Food was hot and freshly made. A nice size portion for the price. I will definitely put this on my list for the next trip.
