The old man security guard was very rude and threatened to kick everyone out even me even though I had 2 tickets. He spoke to me with attitude so I gave him the same energy back and he told me that I needed to talk to him with respect. I told him that he needs to give it to get it!!!
Very clean, spacious and accommodating station. Do not wander too far away from it. Cheap hostel Quisby nearby??
Very quiet. Very clean. Staff present and on point. Not a bad 5 hour transfer time.

The facilities are clean, BUT no driver showed up for greyhound and I was stuck in the terminal for over a day! And there were no workers in sight to help!
Nice. Clean. Safe!!!
Small but clean station.
Seating very uncomfortable and private lounge not very impressed
They no longer have lockers for luggage. Must be Amtrak passenger (not MegaBus or Greyhound) and they close at 10pm for holding your bag.Clean, no problems

The bus and Amtrak train stations are combined and the they have Gestapo like security guards that kept waking me up by screaming at me for my ticket to prove that I belonged there! Plus god forbid you laid down or sat on their precious floor floor to rest by the charging station where there is nowhere to sit by your charging phone. Forcing me to stand while I stood watch over my phone. I have neuropathy and the experience was nothing short of TORTURE! NOW 6 hours later I am still in excruciating pain from the ordeal! It was a horrible night and all because I had a 14 HOUR layover. I hate that station and pray to Gd that I NEVER HAVE TO GO BACK! I HOPE GD CURSES THOSE GUARDS! AND CURSE THAT STATION!
Clean, and well laid-out. This is the Amtrak Depot in New Orleans, as well as their BusStation. Friendly staff, for the most part, too.
The Megabus is not handicapped or disabled friendly they treat the disabled like Outkast I hate it here only in New Orleans all other locations honor the disabled.
They really looked out for me.my bag was to heavy and was gonna throw some of my things away to get on the bus.but one of the employees gave me a bag.thank u big brudda
Terrible long waits. Locked me out. Exhausting. So cold rude and unprofessional. Shameful
