I read an issue of Southern Living Magazine which listed best barbecue in each of the Southern states. The magazine rated Central City Barbecue in New Orleans as the second best barbecue restaurant in Louisiana. We decided to give it a try. Sliced brisket was a massive portion. Very tasty with tender meat and a Smokey charred crust. Paired great with the sweet bbq sauce. I also loved the Mac and cheese side. I think the side was unlimited because the server asked if I wanted a refill. I would have if I wasn’t so full!
