A prominent building like The Standard should have an in house Realtor with the highest ethics and integrity. My experience with Lisa the in house leasing agent was quite the opposite. After days of follow up Lisa told me over the phone my application had been “lost in the shuffle” and the unit was no longer available.
I wonder how many other minority Mexican American applicants have had their applications lost in the shuffle by this agent?
