You have to tell them how you want it done. For instance (true story 2 weeks ago), when a customer comes in you immediately get off your phone. Super friendly team and yummy baked goods. They were nice enough to custom make a king cake for us before we left town. The whole family enjoyed it immensely! The apple fritters are enormous and tasty too!
