It's a beautiful place and it's the original beignet home. But I felt like maybe it was cuz. We went at night. It's a big thing. I guess like there's a whole bunch of controversy on who has the best beignets, but truthfully, they were not good. But I would give them another try. Because they probably are better during the day. We went really late so it could have been that, but they were chewy and not too edible. And there was a lot of powdered sugar like there was more powdered sugar than there was beignet, but that could just be a fluke

I took a detour on my cross country road trip, went out of my way to stop in for some beignets swimming in powdered sugar. It was my 4th time to go here over the past decade. I'd almost bet money that the bathroom hasn't been cleaned since my first trip. Beyond nasty. My waiter was one of the few who actually hustled while others sat around (yes, sat) looking at their phones. The beignets were overcooked and almost tough. I only ate about half of one and gave up. If not for a great (overworked) waiter, this would have been a major disappointment. I enjoyed the street musicians. They drowned out my scream when I saw a huge rat just outside the tent area as I was leaving.

Love it really cool place to wait at while waiting on your flights really cool drinks here and coffee made it cool place and across from it you can get food I had a sex on the beach really good drink didn't have coffee but it smile really hood

Delicious beignets and frozen coffee! Definitely a must if you’ve never had them. Short lines and plenty of places to sit.

Very busy place as the Beignets and Coffee have to be tried by all New Orleans visitors.

Absolutely scrumptious 😋 😍 👌🏻 if you love ♡ café du monde or if you just love beinets and coffee this is a great location. Its inside not so crowded as the original here in Nola but the taste is absolutely the same!!!! Plus you cant beat a view of the great Mississippi River from your tables!!! Lots of cool shops in this mall (Riverwalk) as well come see!!! 😀
