Paddlewheeler Creole Queen Reviews
Horrible Experience! Tried to cancel my reservation, called many times to get somebody on the phone, get the cancellation confirm email, but NO MONEY BACK on my visa! After 3 weeks of waiting, called again to check the return status....and they were not sure on why the return process has not been complete. The Customer Service rep attitude was terrible - even shut off the phone when i tried to understand what was happened! NEVER AGAIN!
