Great atmosphere, nice presentations, good food, kind hosts...they engaged with us when we had cultural questions. I would recommend the cilantro vinaigrette salad dressing. Appreciated the experience.

Café Minh offers a delightful dining experience with excellent customer service, wonderful food, and a great atmosphere. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the acclaimed beef pho, ossobuco with wild mushroom risotto, shrimp dumplings, stuffed quail special, seafood spring rolls, and oysters Rockefeller Minh style, all prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant caters to dietary needs, such as gluten-free options. It is a nice, more upscale Vietnamese place with an ambitious menu that includes French fusion. The food is wonderful, the service perfect, and the daily specials all sounded so good. It's a small, unassuming place in mid-city. Service was fast and friendly. The shrimp spring rolls were very fresh with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. The panko crusted shrimp salad was fabulous. The menu had lots of good options. Only street parking so get there early.
