If you are in New Orleans you need to stop here. Great beignets, and great hot chocolate! My kids loved it too, live music on the road right outside beautiful to listen to while you enjoy!
We visited the one Royal street for a quick morning breakfast and coffee. We are vegetarian so our options are limited in what we can eat, so we had their veggie sandwich, croissants, beignets, a cappuccino and a mocha. The food was alright, the beignets are a little messy but delicious.
The ambience is nice and they have both outdoor and street seating. They also sell spice blends and store merchandise.

Lived up to its reputation. The beignets are as good as the other well known place, but the lines are so much shorter, and they serve a lot of other great foods as well. You order your meal , find a table, and they bring it to you. I had an andoulle sausage omelet, and there was a lot of meat and also cheese. It came with grits and a piece of toast. There were 3 beignets covered in powdered sugar and tasted great with cafe au lait. I didn't give a 5 for atmosphere because...
