I do not have the words to do this place justice. The interior is lovely and very fitting for the French Quarter but the patio is the best! The food is so delicious that I would be happy to eat every meal there. The attentiveness of the staff was incredible - they know their menu (bar and kitchen) and make great suggestions based on what you like not what they are trying to "move".

Everything about our experience there was outstanding. The cocktails were some of the best in town and a totally reasonable price compared to other places in the quarter. The paella and curry fish were both amazing! It does get loud (concrete walls and floor, lots of people), so people who are hard of hearing might have a hard time.

If you can’t request to be in Justin’s section - DO IT. Best service we’ve had in years!!A party just would not get up and leave the table we had reserved so our reservation was ended up having a 30 minute wait, but the manager was the kindest human/best manager ever and made things right when we got seated and sent over free drinks and dessert at the end of our meal. Also, best restaurant I’ve been to in a long, long time! The Brussels, mushroom toast, and fish rundown were mind blowing and the cocktails were strong and incredible!Already looking to come back ASAP. LOVED IT. GO.

My husband and I cannot say more positive things about our intimate wedding experience at Cane & Table this past weekend on Saturday, April 6th, 2024. When we first got engaged we knew we did not want a large wedding. We wanted it to be intimate and special. We are from NY. We had been to New Orleans a handful of times. My husband had taken me to Cane & Table for dinner. We fell in love with the food, the ambience and of course the cocktails. It was an easy decision to have our wedding ceremony and sit down dinner there. It seemed scary doing this all the way from NY, but that is where Lisa comes in. She is the director of services there. We had spoken many times over the phone and via email in the last year. We even made a trip to NOLA to come back to Cane & Table. It was exactly how we remembered it. Emily, the GM, took us on a tour and we fell in love. Lisa had taken time out of her busy schedule to meet us on our trip at a coffee shop to hear our vision. She took notes and she was extremely professional. As soon as we arrived home we knew this would be the place where we would have our special day. In the months leading up to our wedding Lisa was always in touch with us. She responded to emails and texts right away. In 2023, my mom had passed. Let us just say, Lisa was committed to being my person the day of the wedding. She was always checking in on me making sure I was okay. A few days before the wedding we arrived in NOLA. We did one more walk thru before the big day. Lisa and the rest of her team had brought our vision to life. They were busy working hard with finishing touches. Lisa took all of my little decorative items to be distributed the day of the wedding. All of her suggestions were amazing. She even went to a local farm to get fresh flowers for each of the tables. The day of the wedding I cried. My husband and I both agreed everything we wanted the staff at Cane & Table and Lisa had brought that day. We had a private room upstairs for bridal and groom party to bring their things. The staff brought us water and champagne without even asking. All personal items were locked in the office for safe keeping. When it was time to walk down the aisle, Lisa came in one last time to check on me. She even held my train, something my mother would have done for me. Lisa and her staff went above and beyond to make sure us and all our 45 guests were taken care of the whole night. We had some allergies, but the chef was willing to accommodate it all. The chef even accommodated us to have a sit down dinner, family style instead of a buffet. Lisa would check in on time and such and when speeches and food would be served so we knew. She made sure I had plantains made special just for me. I had said it earlier that we didn't put them on menu but I loved them. Everyone raved about the food and cocktails. Most of all though, they raved about the friendly and hardworking staff. They were all truly amazing! Lisa even took pictures of me and my dad as I was walking down the aisle. Ones I will treasure forever. The music was spectacular. We used the in house music and had a playlist. However, there were some internet issues the day of the wedding, but Cane & Table rose to the occasion. They had bought a sound system machine just in case. Luckily, it was back up and running. The night was magical. If you are looking to have a small and intimate wedding please choose Cane & Table. We are forever grateful to them for making our wedding a success!Dietary restrictions: The chef was able to accommodate all allergies and work with guests to make them a dish that they were able to eat.

Ok. Visited from south Florida on a couples weekend getaway. and after looking through reviews I came across Cane and Table.Alright, brunch on Saturday was quite amazing! First off, with the service – it was seriously on point. You could tell the staff were genuinely enjoying service to us, which made the whole vibe very welcoming. Our server was MC, and chatting with her and the Host about the menu and small talk felt like shooting the breeze with friends – no stiff vibes, just good ol' friendly chatter. Now, onto the drinks – they were awesome! Very well balanced drinks and such a variety of options which continued on setting the stage for a memorable brunch. And the food? Well, let's just say, even though the brunch menu wasn't overflowing with options, each dish was a pure winner. We shared a bit of everything among our couples of six, and everyone agreed that the flavors were so perfectly balanced. Take the French toast, for instance; it wasn't crazy sweet as one would expect, it was just so naturally balanced that it left us all in WOW. Overall, it was a great brunch experience, and if you're on the hunt for a spot with awesome service and flavors then this place is definitely worth a visit! It checks off the vibe

We were obsessed with our dinner here. Split several sides from their take on a shrimp cocktail with deep fried saltines, croquettes, and sweet plantains. The seafood curry entree was so good, I’m still dreaming about it. Cocktails are also thoughtful // try the hurricane. Will be back next time in nola!

Came in for a drink Sunday at noon. Sat at the bar and had a delicious/strong drink. I had the Haitian. My husband had a margarita. Jordan the bartender looks like a pirate and is a cool guy. Lol.

Gorgeous cocktails and wonderful food served in a beautiful space by knowledgeable and friendly staff.I can't recommend the Hurricane and Table enough. The eponymous cocktail is fruit forward without being overly sweet. Perfectly balanced. The only food we had was Coctel de Camarones and the Rum Cake, solely because we had already eaten. I truly wish we had come hungry because every dish in the place looked really good. The ambiance is romantic, particularly the space outdoors. Too bad I came with two buddies instead of my wife.

We came in for a leisurely drink on a Saturday afternoon. Haitian Mai Tai and Bloody Mary were excellent. Very relaxing on the patio. Just perfect!

This was a fabulous experience. My husband and I came here for brunch after a friend recommended and it did not disappoint. We were immediately greeted by a kind and welcoming staff who were happy to be there. Matt was our server and was awesome. The drinks were great and the food was delicious. I had the grits and they were amazing. We sat out on the back patio and it was so nice. (It also helped that they had a fire afrobeats playlist on) The staff even accommodated when it started sprinkling by bringing our umbrellas for us! Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and had plenty of options.

I am so shocked about my experience at Cane and Table yesterday. But I want to say that the place is gorgeous. Obviously they put a lot of effort into making this place absoluely beautiful and with perfect lighting. My friend and I went in for a cocktail at 5:15 and four tables were empty. The very curt hostess sat us and said, "You gotta leave by 6:45. There's a reservation at your table." Hmmm. Okay. There are so many better ways to say that. The we asked her what the happy hour specials were and she said our server would tell us. The server showed up and gave us water, and then said she would come back in a minute. But then she went to the next table who sat down after us and went over the whole menu and drink menu with them. The server finally came back and we asked about happy hour, because it's not indicated on the drink menu. Her answer was, "wine, frozen drinks and daquiris." We asked her what kind of wine. Her answer- "red wine and white wine." Seriously? Yes, but what kind of red? She didn't know, so she went and checked a random menu that apparently we weren't given and came back. "Cabernet." She was so strange. I couldn't tell if she was nervous or stoned, or just out of it. One thing I can tell you is that she did not at all care about quality service. The wine ended up being terrible and she brought the check to us without us asking for it at the beginning of our second drink (this drives me CRAZY), and it was 6:15. To top it off, she included a nice 20% tip for herself.I am still floored because of the reputation that this place has. The owner has been written up in so many magazines and seems to really care about delivering high quality service and drinks. But this was not our experience at all. I hope for the owner's sake that this was an anomaly. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. It's way too expensive for this kind of experience.
