“Located in the Canopy Hotel just a block from Canal Street. Plenty of seating in the dining room or at the bar. Open kitchen so we enjoyed watching Chef Rochelle prepare dishes.
Everything we ordered was perfection. Homemade sauces were delicious.
Highly recommend Roux’ take on beignets - light and served with berries and a delightful buttery sauce with just a light dusting of powdered sugar.
