Where do I start? This place was the most underwhelming experience ever. We left before we made a poor choice ordering any food or drinks. The menus were so disgusting. After the 3rd nasty menu I started looking at nearby places to have something to eat and drink. The pictures online are beautiful. however, the experience was so disappointing. I won't return.

We had a wonder time at the Chandelier Bar! The setting is beautiful filled with natural light. The DJ was accompanied by a live sax! I made reservations for 8 and we had a seating area reserved for us. The cocktails were fun and creative. It was a wonderful end to a special Christmas week with our children and their spouses. I highly recommend an afternoon at the Chandelier Bar!

For a preset menu Tea, it was ridiculous. They left us there. They took us to a table where they expected one of us to sit on a puff... wth??? They didn't give us our drinks, then when they came, they were the wrong drinks and they never came back. So I had to get a manager since this was so below 4 seasons behavior, I will never go back to this hotel in New Orleans and the fake that NBA team stayed there was a joke. Coming from LA, I expected an amazing Christmas event and it was below par at best
