This is my favorite and must stop in New Orleans. From dinners with friends to the most romantic nights with my wife Charlie’s is the spot. It’s old school no frills but the best steak potatoes and onion rings in the city. Grab a daq on the way there and sit down and enjoy a great night with ever. Better. My server remembers me every time and I don’t even live there I love it

We had a perfectly wonderful dinner for a group of 35 people. It was perfect. My good friend who has been in the cattle business for decades said he never had a better steak. Erica, Sara and Jimmy took care of us. The service was great. This is a perfect and very hospitable place. No pretense, just great food, good drinks and perfect service. Bravo to Gene and his crew!!

What can I say... It started with an outstanding waitress Sarah. The onion rings were to die for. I haven't had a steak in 20 plus years and my filet was so tender and cooked to perfection. The sautéed mushrooms melted in your mouth.

Sarah, you did a great job. To the owners, treat her well.
