Chef Gason was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Every course was flavorful and crafted perfectly. Our party had so much fun with Chef Gason and Tiffany! We couldn't recommend him enough! He, his food and his staff are PERFECT!

Guests learned tons about how to make remoulade sauce, boudin balls, crawfish étouffeé, collard greens, and banana foster. The best salad and fillet were served, and the port salt is a must try. Chef Gason delivers a scrumptious meal that left one sister SO satiated and delighted. He is entertaining and highly skilled, bringing everything needed to prepare a spectacular dinner. Chef Gason is also able to adapt and completely prepare a vegan meal, including a vegan Cajun dish and a brown butter pound cake. He was on time, professional, and extremely friendly. Hands down, it is one of the best dining experiences ever. The food was out of this world, and Chef Gason was kind, hospitable, informative, and inspirational. He is recommended for any event, including birthdays and bachelorette parties.
