We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary here with impeccable service and delicious food. The beet and burrata salad, filet, and redfish special delicious. The pear and almond blossom was a perfect finish to a delicious meal and wonderful evening.

The shrimp tower was fantastic, but I found the steak and cocktails to be overpriced. While I appreciate the ambiance of the Four Seasons, I expected more enjoyable food for the price.

3/6/24 Went for lunch. Got seated pretty quickly. Our waitress was amazing she recommended the Duck and it was such a great dish. The focaccia was great too. I was seated by the window looking at the river. Great experience would go again next time I'm in town.

Chemin à la Mer was very disappointing! For such a lovely name at The Four Seasons, one would anticipate the best in a fine dining experience but it failed on so many levels. The food was horrible; $70 Ribeye was small, overcooked with a disgusting and charred flavor that came to the table cold along with the cold potatoes and cold, tasteless spinach. If paying for a steak at that price, it should at least come to the table hot and sizzling! One would also expect that the ambiance would be on point, considering that it’s located on the Mississippi River but instead it was an extremely dark dining room with no soft music. To top off the night, you pay over $30 for valet parking, not including our $20 tip, and are greeted by unfriendly and unprofessional attendants. The only aspect of the fancy restaurant named Chemin a la Mer, that made my husband’s birthday day special was our waiter who went by the name, Iz who had the most pleasant attitude and delivered exceptional customer service on our special night. The experience was a FAILURE, needs improvement on so many levels! Again, the quality and expensive price of the food, the dark ambience and no music in the dining area, and the expensive and unfriendly valet experience left us feeling robbed for what should have been one of the most memorable dining experiences ever. Chemin a la Mer definitely disappointed us and did not deliver.

We sat at the bar for a late lunch. Randall was awesome and we had a fantastic afternoon. Food was delicious, oysters, salad, shrimp and dessert. Wine pairing with dessert was spot on! We didnt realize they had a happy hour and we were fortunate to stay long enough to enjoy it!

We were welcomed by our wait staff within minutes who were very knowledgeable about the menu. The wine list was nice with a great selection of sparkling wines and champagnes. The oysters were outstanding and we look forward to going back to try more of the different varieties. The baked feta and the beets with burrata were both wonderful. And for entrees we had the Wagyu skirt steak and the pan seared shrimp with sides of mushrooms and puréed potatoes. All of it was cooked perfectly and the flavors were phenomenal. The desserts ended our evening on a high note! We look forward to going back again.

Sat here for 10 minutes, no one greeted or took drink orders so we left. Not gonna risk it on poor service.

Expected a "Four Seasons" dining experience but was disappointed at the outset When brought to our table we had to ask to not be seated immediately next to another table despite MULTIPLE two tops being open! This was followed by later in the evening, the same hostess sat another group next to us despite, again, there being MULTIPLE available two tops not next to our occupied table! The other surprising "oops" was our server clearly had not reviewed the reservation since he walked up to our table and asked if anyone has any food allergies, despite our reservation specifically pointing out my wife dines GF. The meal was excellent, and the view is great, but at other Four Seasons, the details are covered.

A great dining experience. The gumbo and homemade focaccia bread were delicious. Also, the Julia Reed's Old Fashioned (a scotch old fashioned) was very tasty. Ambience was very pleasant; and service was impeccable. I will definitely revisit.

I don't think I've ever written a review but I feel like I have to... the food was severely under seasoned. There were bones in the croquettes and the shrimp were not deveined. Our waiter was nice but the food was terrible and so expensive. Small portions, no flavor, and $$$$.

Our server Ashley was so knowledgeable and hospitable. She was able to recommend options for our group and every item was well prepared! The restaurant was beautiful; its aesthetic and ambience were well executed with the moody wall colors and touches of the southern culture.

The food was quite nice. On par with Cochon. The service was good, but other NO restaurants have better coordinated and friendlier service. The valet parking, however, stinks. We had a 2 hr lunch and a 30+ minute wait for or car. Ridiculous. 2nd time. Never again.
