Tulane @ Carrollton Ave. Most times the nuggets are overcooked and have pieces of gristle and/or fat attached. The service is mostly good, UNLESS you get that cashier that really doesn't want to be working there. They have no problem letting you know that THEIR mistakes were YOUR fault. Carrollton is a 'luck' visit. If it's a good day, service is good and food is great. But if it's not (3/5 times), nothing can save it. Not even free coupons.

3/3 times I've been to this location they have gotten something about my order wrong. This past time I couldn't eat my food because of it. Don't go to this one if you can avoid it.

Dietary restrictions: They posted on my box clearly that they were supposed to use the gluten free bun... But they didn't.

I order from this location frequently, today for the third time they gave me lunch items in a breakfast order around 10:30. Making it impossible to get a correction to my order. They don’t even pick up the phone when I called to address the issue.

Failsafe, best fast food chain ever never gonna get enough

Food was ok but the staff was awesome which made up for the over priced food. The shrimp tacos suck. We were expecting better because of the name. Btw we were in town for Xavier University graduation.

The best service I’ve had at a chick fil a! Had a HUGE order (over $100), and they hand delivered to my car in the freezing cold within 5 minutes of ordering! Tatyana and Monique - y’all are the best! Efficient & quick service

Closed!!! Duplicate website as well . There’s no Chick-Fila in the metropolitan area. You have to travel to Kenner or Metairie. Crazy
