I feel so sad leaving this review because I really try to give places benefit of the doubt because I know how hard service can be but I am just so frustrated by this location as a student and a service worker. I got a Cobb salad to go from here earlier today (9/4) to eat for dinner and they didn’t put chicken on the salad. I did not request no chicken, the receipt does not say no chicken but there was no chicken on the meal which frustrates me because half the price of the salad is the chicken. This is not the first time this location has not gotten my order correct but I will often just take it as they are serving a large volume of students and mistakes happen but it has just been one too many times. If the cash register attendants would just repeat back the order I don’t believe this would be much of an issue but they have never done that a single visit I have had. There are such limited options on campus, especially with subway closing at 4pm that we do not have much as an option, especially us who rely on campus dining for our meals. I never expect perfect, but hearing employees bicker with each other while we are attempting to order does not make anyone comfortable. Again, I am sorry to leave this review, I should have taken the time to check the order when it was given to me; but as many students on campus I was in a hurry so that I could get a quick meal while trying to complete my other tasks for the day and it was just plain disappointing to receive another wrong order, especially with one of the main items of the meal.

Spend 45$ on food- order was wrong and no sauce- unbelievable. How difficult is it to get an order right?

We LOVE Chick-fil-A, but recently we’ve noticed the DECREASE in customer service.. no matter how many times I repeat the order back (something the cashier ought to do) we still either: a. Get the wrong food b. Not rung up for what we ordered.Again, we love Chick-fil-A, but the nonchalant attitudes after 4pm, are what drives to to another window… not sure how other Chick-fil-A’s are ran, but the Slidell location only gets saved because they are the only location outside of the Kenner/Metairie/ Uptown we’re stuck ordering from here.

Everything is always old, yuck

Horrible service with a horrible attitude. They closed 10 minutes early and wouldn't serve me food. I could deal but with the horrible customer service I had to say something. Thank you very much.

Would be nice if they posted their actual hours.Food was good as usual for Chick-fil-A, but service was bottlenecked since only one person was collecting meals. Seems this was faster service the way it used to be set up. I avoided the long line the last

Rude staff. The past two times I’ve been there, two different cashiers were rude. They found it more important to play on their cell phones than to address the customers in line.This place seems to have issues keeping the basic things in stock. Like ice, or bread for their chicken minis.

Love the food and friendly staff. I was a little disappointed that they still have a limited menu and that I couldn't get the grilled nuggets.
