Based on the reviews, Wings Up is a hidden gem in New Orleans. The restaurant serves some of the best wings, chicken, fish, and fried rice. The chicken tenders and shrimp plate with the sweet chili sauce is absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The chicken is fresh, good, and better than Manchu. The food is quick, hot, and the pricing is really reasonable. Everything is sold separately, but the food speaks for itself. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The owner is incredibly friendly, supportive, and gives back to the local community church. There is front and side parking, and a small-ish pavement a wheelchair can use. A problem is that phone orders cannot be made.
