Enjoyed Chickie Wah Wah in New Orleans for the 1st time during my day weekend in April while seeing the legendary Keith Frank & the Soileau Zydeco Band! There was a slight issue at the entrance regarding our 3rd-party tickets (only $25 btw!!) But the staff was understanding and accepted our email receipt then immediately permitted entry. It was a bit warmer than expected once the dancing started but I had a mini personal fan that helped to keep the party going! Great vibes, everyone was friendly, and we felt quite safe allowing us to simply have a good time! (FYI, they also have a free rear parking lot which was greatly appreciated.)
What an incredibly cool place to see a show. And the music-focused house rules are great (see pic). Taco truck out front is pretty dang good as well.
Went to CWW for the Leon Bridges Jump Judy after party. Great small venue.
Great place to see live music. Small and intimate setting.
Nice small venue. great sound. Sonny landreth killed it.
Dope experience! 🔥🔥🔥
Great small club. Loved seeing the Lost Bayou Ramblers. Good drink prices
Great Hendrix show! Fabulous drummer!!!!!
Solid spot, caught Grace Bowers! Sound was the best I have ever heard in a venue this small. I was honored to see who I expect to see one of the top rock artists in a few years at such an excellent venue.
Crowd and entrance was a bit disorganized, but it was 1 AM, so I would cut them some slack. I will happily come back for another show 🔥
Great place for live music. Only problem is sight lines. But the vibe is always positive.

Great local bar with good music lineup. Stage positioning isn't the best, as the further you get back, you can hear bar conversations.
So much fun! Zydeco at its best! Can’t wait to go back!
Great intimate vibe for live performances. Good bartenders and drinks.
Great little spot. There was no real pressure on seating but sitting in the stage seats was fantastic. Sue Foley did a fantastic set!
Amazing place, friendly staff and generous drinks!
