Chipotle Mexican Grill

Showed up four minutes before they said it would be ready. It’s now 18 minutes after the ready time& still waiting. Just now got it! What the heck is up with the website wanting us to “name” the order each time we add an item? Crazy.
This branch has been chronically understaffed since the day it opened. (At least they made their employees stay here during the pandemic.) seriously understaffing means only one thing- seriously UNDERPAYING. The CEO makes in one day what these necessary workers make in ONE YEAR.

2nd time I didn’t get any chips w the guacamole I ordered. 2 Girls working check out were too busy on their phones.

I received a burrito with only guacamole ONLY guacamole at least it came with a tortilla that's the only thing I can pray for to compensate for the lack of other toppings within my burrito they gave me EXTRA guacamole three containers worth of EXTRA guacamole ah yes because the thing I want the most is to eat my guacamole tortilla with MORE guacamole they also gave me a quesadilla with a little bit of chicken and you guessed it MORE guacamole so that's lovely to receive TWO tortilla's with guacamole was quite the honor especially with the choice of dipping sauce MORE guacamole on top of that it took like two hours to receive my guacamole tortillas with a generous helping of TWO cubes of chicken

Service is very slow and seemed lazy, things like lemonade empty, but the food tasted great.

One of the worst chipotle's of all time. I went there.. waited around 25-30 mins when there were 6-7 people in front of me. The server was so slow taking more than 5-6 mins for each customer's order. When it was finally my turn, it was out of fajita veggies. The server showed no interest in making the order. Didn't purchase. There's no crowd management at all, they don't care about customers waiting. 3 more employees behind in the back, no one coming to complete the line quickly. Would never come back.

Always a miserable experience for pickup at this location, but there isn't another anywhere uptown. Slow service, they wait until finishing like 10 orders before bringing them upfront for pickups. And if pickups are there, good luck getting someone to check names for you

This place literally ran out of tortillas… at 7pm. This is the worst Chipotle of all Time!
