Chipotle Mexican Grill

So my mom and I decided to just walk out about 3 mins ago. The front counter lady told us to wait at the end with no greeting. She continued to clean and the dirty towel she was cleaning with went into the food items. We got sick to our stomachs seeing a dirty towel touch the food and walked out! We won’t be ordering from chipotle. I’m sure you have cameras to fact check me.

This is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to they left us waiting to pay at the register for 10 minutes

Food was ok. Not the freshest at that time because they looked to be very short staffed. I have to say though, despite this, John provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. He was professional, respectful, considerate, patient, and kind. It was worth it.

This location is bad, they pump the volume so loud they can't hear the orders. The amount of delivery drivers that come into get food derails the regular service. Ive seen it happen many times over the years. I really don't know why I even bother with this location.

They didn't send me utensils on my door dash and I specifically marked it on the app. And they didn't put either of the red or green chili salsas and they skimp on the meat.

Not one person had a hairnet on…

This chipotle is very disappointing, they have a lot of people working but everyone is always playing around with each other. They don’t pay attention when you are ordering.. the dining room is a DISASTER!! Garbages full, NO ICE,NO NAPKINS complete disaster.. then you ask them for napkins they look at you with a bad face!! You ask them for ice and they tell you the machine is broken!! And it’s BS!! They never have ice after 9pm!! District manager or regional manager need to step up and do something about this ASAP!!

The reviews speak for themselves, went there with my husband and they said they dont have quesadillas..... they just didnt want to make them. Half of the toppings were gone.. It sounds like they were playing there own music from there phone. This place just needs a hole new crew and new management..
