Weird service from main waiter. It was our first time eating at Chophouse. My brother wanted steak and my friends recommended this place. When I asked the waiter what he recommended, he was pretty dry about the suggestions. Did not even bother to have a conversation. Honestly he barely came to the table. What made the evening weird was when he brought us the cheesecake. It was a plain cheesecake on a plate. It looked naked. It felt off because New York cheesecake usually comes...
The place is basically ok it was a bit of a wait. The hostess was busy sending text message which me in is inappropriate. She offered me a high table in the bar but it was next to the piano and was very noisy. She than offered a table on their ‘terrace' which was in the alley so I said I do not in the alley.
The food was great! We paid 350$ for an amazing dinner but were quickly rushed out. Our wine was poured into a plastic cup for us to leave as soon as our bill was paid. A few minutes later another worker came back to our table and asked if we needed and Uber. Our entire food service from start to finish was just barely over and an hour. We wanted a nice dinner and this end experience was completely rude and poor customer service.
