Common Interest Reviews
Honestly super disappointed.
My car was parked with valet and came back damaged that evening with a broken windshield.
The supervisor Brittany Brown said that she was going to review the footage, and never returned my calls.
The hotel was great but I wouldn’t trust the valet parking. Super upset with the hotel for not making things right..
I prepaid in full for a one nights stay May 9, 2024. The hotel has now without authorizations billed my credit card $903.
I have tried to contact the hotel without success about this fraudulent charge.
I have disputed this charge with my credit card company.
This stay at this hotel has turned into a total bust.
Came here for a NOLA weekend and enjoyed our stay. One street off Bourbon, but away from the madness, we loved Indigos location.
The rooms were small but comfortable and we slept well.
Tried the restaurant for breakfast and it was excellent, but a bit pricey.
Would definitely stay here again.

Common Interest, located on the 1st floor of the Indigo Hotel, is a hidden gem that serves delicious food and offers a relaxed atmosphere. The staff provides excellent service, with one server, Juan, going above and beyond during a recent snowstorm by staying overnight to care for guests. The menu features dishes such as gumbo, shrimp Cobb salad, RB debris & grits, and the popular chicken sandwich, which is fresh, huge, and juicy. Guests also enjoy the French Quarter mule as a drink option. The buffet, although basic, was appreciated for its hot offerings during tough times, with highlights like real sausage and bacon. With a warm welcome and attentive service, Common Interest is a great spot to start the day with a satisfying meal, especially for those checking into the hotel early. The restaurant has low tables that are accessible for wheelchairs, and the clean, beautiful interior with floor-to-ceiling windows makes it an ideal place for people watching. The prices are typical for a hotel restaurant, and many recommend trying the veggie omelette.
