Very underwhelmed by this place. It is so expensive for very mediocre food. The breakfast potatoes were extremely salty, the plating was just amaturish, and service was not good. Also, this place closes at 10:30, but their live music didn't start until 10? Weird. Very disappointing experience.

We did the La Petit Chef exlerkence at Criollo, and the visuals, staff attentiveness, and the food was all immaculate. I cannot thank them all enough for the wonderful experience my husband and I had for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Definitely an experience that is worth the time and money. Some of the best food I've ever had and we love to eat!!

Criolla Restaurant has a friendly, comfortable atmosphere and decor! Three entirely different dishes and each was outstanding with an impressive presentation! Mary, our waitress, was exceptional, which made for a very pleasant evening! The Manager stopped to ask if we were satisfied and to make sure everything met our expectations. Would highly recommend for a Fine-Dining experience!

I went for brunch at Criollo in the Hotel Monteleone, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. Our server, Kenny, provided horrible service throughout our meal. He forgot our appetizer and never checked in on us after our food was served. It felt like we were completely ignored.
The only redeeming aspect of our visit was Hector, who was attentive enough to refill our waters. Despite his efforts, the overall experience was disappointing. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

This is a beautiful restaurant. Beautiful ambiance and great service. Adriana was our server and did amazing explaining the new menu. I got the shrimp scampi and cheeseburger. The scampi could’ve had a big more flavor it tastes pretty bland, but the cheeseburger was delicious. Nicely seasoned and charred.
No bread for lunch. Lunch salad was stale. Crab cake was ordinary.. service personnel immature, yet apologetic.

My wife and I had brunch and the food was amazing! The service was even better. Our waiter was very personable. And if you have time you have to visit the Carousel bar which is right next to it in the same building.
5 course menu is the best and Merry is the best server. She was so attentive while we were having dinner.
