I recently stayed at this hotel. My experience was great, until I got home and discovered my credit card had been charged over $4500 extra. I’ve made multiple calls to the hotel and each time been assured they could see the mistake and someone with the authority to fix the mistake would call me back. So far, I’ve not received a call back much less an apology.

Totally amazing in every way highly recommend. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was cosy quiet despite being in the French Quarter. The luxury was in the detail and the highly professional staff at every level.
Stayed here from October 10th-14th (2025). Everything was amazing from the staff to the food, and also the Carousel Bar. Be sure to hit the rooftop pool and bar while you are there.
Only a block from Bourbon Street and right in the middle of everything. Super easy to find when you are walking the city. The classic rooftop sign is something like 300 feet wide. You can read it from miles away.
Has a very 1930s eras feel to it, and the place was immaculate. 10/10
