From reading many of these reviews it sounds like the place has new owners. About 15-20 years ago it served the best croissants and coffee, and if you took the window seat you might get a glimpse of Brad and Angelena taking their kids to school.
The food was great, it really was quite expensive though. However it was still worth it in my opinion. The service was okay, the only reason why I docked it to three stars is because even though I made a mistake and spaced out which resulted in me forgetting to mention the food was to go, the employees made it seem like it was a big deal by their body language and the way they communicated that to each other. Cute spot with coffee and breakfast. If you are a croissant connoisseur, you will be disappointed. Croissants are soggy and stale, lost their flake. And they are pricey. Opt for a breakfast sandwich if you need a croissant.
